These out-of-shape thirty-somethings carried the hopes and dreams of a nation all the way to the World Championships in Las Vegas. Along the way, they found themselves partying with rock stars, revelling in Hollywood mansions and embroiled in a media frenzy that for two weeks saw them as the most popular sporting team in the country.
